Rochester, NY – circa 1963
Check out this promotional video of the “Midtown Mall” in Rochester, NY, 1963. I used to go there with my family. My brothers and sister remember that mall vividly, and the animatronics, too. It’s ironic since the 60′s and early 70′s were a period of inner city decline in cities like Rochester all over the Eastern US.
