I love to BBQ, I really prefer charcoal and hardwood, and have been a Weber Kettle user for years.  I’ve managed to do everything from sear to indirect slow cook, lamb to fish to asparagus.  I’ve finally found something to put me into a new grill!

Cold rolled steel frame, cast iron cooking grills (not bars, slats!), adjustable height coal bed, high temperature gauge in the hood.  Woo hoo!  And this sucker is BIG… 775 sq in cooking area.
